How does your ordering process work?

What do you need from me to start work on the project?

Supply me with the source material (preferably in PNG or PSD format); along with all of the necessary instructions, so that I can get a good idea of your specific needs. And don’t forget to send any special fonts along with it.

As well as PNG and PSD files, I also accept JPEG, BMP and flat PNGs. These files must show all existing and important layers, such as hovers, effects and hidden panels.

How can I send you my files?

You can email your design to tim at yumba dot be.

How can I upload a dropdown or fly out menu, rollovers and other effects?

Provide a separate layer in the source material of your file.

With which browsers is your code compatible?

My code is compatible with all popular browsers:

• Internet Explorer 6+
• Firefox 2+
• Safari 3+
• Opera 9+
• Google Chrome 3+

Can you implement sIFR?

Yes, I can. Please attach the necessary fonts to your request.

Can you integrate flash files into the xhtml?

Yes, I can. Please attach the necessary fonts to your request.

What are your rates?

I calculate per project. Once you send me an email with your order, you will receive a quote from me. After online approval, I will start work on your project. After completion, you will receive an invoice from me.

What are the payment options?

There are 2 options:

• You can pay via bank transfer. You will find my details on the invoice.
• Or you can also pay online via PayPal. PayPal is highly secure and accepts the most popular credit cards such as Visa and MasterCard.

What if I am not happy with the result?

I do everything in my power to make sure that you are happy. Which is why you have 10 days to request revisions (*). I also provide you with 30 days of technical support.

(*) Revisions exclude changes to the design and content. This will be considered to be additional and charged as such.

What is your delivery period?

That depends on the size and the complexity of your order. For a project of about 5 pages with an average complexity, I estimate about 3 working days. If my work schedule allows it then I will deliver sooner. The delivery period begins from the time of accepting the price quote.

In the event that I am unable to deliver within a timeframe of 3 days then I will state this in the quote.

I need the finished project back quicker than the standard delivery time. Is this possible?

If you require faster delivery of your project, then please state this in your request. I will see if I can work it into my work schedule. The new delivery time will be stated in the quote.

How do you deliver the result to me?

After payment, I compress all files into a ZIP and RAR file and place them on my server. I send you an email with the project’s URL.

What about privacy and NDA?

All of the information you provide me with (inc. personal details, graphics, client information, intellectual ownership...) are treated safely, privately and confidentially. I am also happy to sign a NDA.

What about right of ownership and other rights?

After completion, you become the owner of the full code including XHTML, CSS, images and javascript.

Is Yumba Web Services stated in the code?

You will not find any reference to Yumba Web Services in my code.

Will our project be listed on your site?

Your project will neither be listed online nor offline in my external communication.
